Sandra Janeen: Spend some time, in special spots, where I can JUST DO THIS…SIT A WHILE AND THINK. A couple of times a day, taking in whatever I see and whatever comes to mind. And, where and when? (During this 3 month recovery time/ In summer/ in fall / in winter, in spring )…Different spots and times, depending on the season. Think about this. Over the next number of months, there will be a lot for me to think about. In big ways, I will need to reassess now that I have a healthy heart!
